Seat Lift Mechanisms
The seat lift is a reclining chair which operates with a hand control to recline and lift the patient out of the sitting position.

Medicare - Non-assigned. If covered, Medicare allows only for the lifting mechanism, less than $300. Patient must be incapable of standing from any chair within the home, and able to walk once standing without assistance; and must have arthritis of the hip or knee, or a neuromuscular disease.
