Quad Cane
The quad cane has four rubber-tipped prongs extending from an adjustable aluminum shaft. It provides more stability than a regular straight cane. The small base quad cane is used by patients who need support, but can climb stairs. The large base quad cane is used by patients who need more support and are unable to climb stairs.

Single Point Cane
A length of wood or aluminum tubing with a handle used to steady the gait of an individual.

Walkane
Made of tubular aluminum, it has a hand grip and four adjustable legs. The patient places the walkane to the side for support while ambulating.

Forearm Crutches
Lengths of aluminum tubing topped with guides for the patient's forearms. Used to stabilize walking.

Underarm Crutches
Lengths of aluminum tubing joined in long narrow V-shape. The wide end is padded and fit in the underarm of patient. These are usually used as a pair to support body weight. Size/length of crutch is related to standing height of patient.

Walker, Adjustable, Folding
This walker has an aluminum tubular frame with hand grips and four adjustable legs to accommodate the patient's height. The patient positions self into it, gaining three-sided support to step forward.
